Angeles Millwork, Hartnagels, Port Angeles Education Foundation and Sequim Five Acre School are so grateful and appreciative for all our incredibly generous customers!

Lumber Trader’s Advertising Coordinator Josh Bergesen presented representatives James Starr of Five Acre School Parent Service Organization and Lynn Bedford and Nola Grier, of Port Angeles Education Foundation with checks and cash from our September Community First Saturday promotion totaling over $1300! Add in the additional amount of $1000 donated directly from Delta Dental this month through their Smile Makers program and we built a staggering total for the month of $2300!

We’d like to thank everyone who shopped with us this past Saturday, you are the driving force behind the current and future success of our Community First Saturdays. 5% of retail sales were donated to Five Acre School Parent Service Organization and Port Angeles Education Foundation along with over $350 in direct donations from our customers!

Our customers have now helped raise over $8600 for non-profits on the Olympic Peninsula!

If you missed it, join us Saturday October 6th as we continue on with Community First Saturdays by benefiting Catholic Community Services and Sequim Wheelers. Representatives will be at the stores that Saturday sharing with our customers about the impact they have and the essential work they do to assist the elderly and those in our community with physical limitations.
