During the weekend of April 14th a demonstration tiny home was built at Hartnagel Building Supply. The home was built with cumulative help from a large team of students from Peninsula College’s Green Building Program and volunteers from Pennies for Quarters and the local community. The home will travel through the area and be used as a promotion tool to raise funds for Pennies for Quarters and their ultimate goal in building permanent tiny homes for homeless veterans in Port Angeles. The volunteers present worked tireless hours the entire weekend, dodging inclimate weather that knew to stay away.
