Lumber Traders, Inc., parent company of employee-owned Angeles Millwork & Lumber Company and Hartnagel Building Supply, is pleased to announce that Kelly Fox has joined the company as the new CEO.
Kelly will be replacing Arnold Schouten so he “can get back into his retirement.” Arnold will continue to serve the company as Chairman of the Board.

Kelly has twelve years of sales and management experience in building materials with Seattle-based Dunn Lumber. As an Eagle Scout and community activist, he enjoys “serving others for the betterment of our community at work and at home.” Kelly also states, “I am lucky to be able to combine my passion for people with my love of the building materials industry in such a beautiful part of the state.”
In addition to his lumber yard experience, Kelly will complete a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at DeVry University this spring with a focus on small business management and entrepreneurship.
Kelly’s wife Denise and daughters Annika, 6, and Tilly, 3, are looking forward to making Port Angeles their new home. When not at work, Kelly and his family are likely to be enjoying trails and camping opportunities in Olympic National Park, or fly fishing in our local rivers.
